17 proven ideas for using essential oils in everyday life
What you really need to understand before using essential oils is that it is important to choose real, pure essential oils without any impurities or additives.
Only high-quality oils can benefit the body. All the recipes suggested below are applicable only to essential oils of healthy quality. Therefore, take the time to find high-quality oils, you do not need to run to the first store or pharmacy you come across — it is better to seek professional advice.
1. When the throat is so dry that it resembles a ribbed laundry board.
Tea tree, ginger mix one drop of each essential oil with the base (fractionated coconut oil) and apply to the throat. You can also make a throat spray by adding 20 drops of each of the listed oils to a glass spray bottle and 3.53oz of distilled water. Shake before use.
2. Support the immune system - especially useful if you are in contact with someone who has a cold or an epidemic has started in your office.
Lemon, oregano and a mixture of essential oils for immunity (ingredients: orange, rosemary, cinnamon, eucalyptus, clove). Add 10 drops of each to a glass bottle with a roller and fill with fractionated coconut oil. Apply this mixture to the soles of the feet and along the spine twice a day for a week or throughout the cold period. This mixture is suitable for all family members.
3. Help the body during the autumn-winter period.
Thyme, lemon, tea tree, a mixture of essential oils for immunity. Add 10 drops of each oil to a glass bottle with a roller and fill with fractionated coconut oil - apply this mixture to the soles of the feet in the morning and before going to bed.
4.Scars
Frankincense, immortelle (helps to reduce the formation of scars) - apply 1 drop of one of the oils to a scar or cut at least twice a day.
5. Reduce the appearance of wrinkles and to prevent premature aging.

Apply the mixture to the heart area or the back of the head as needed.

Before getting on a plane or in a car, apply 1 drop of ginger or frankincense around the ears. If you start to feel nauseous, rub 1 drop of mint essential oil between your palms, fold your palms into a house near your nose and breathe for 30 seconds or as long as necessary.
9. Reduce the excitement.
Rub a soothing mixture of essential oils (frankincense, blue chamomile, blue pajamas) and lavender between your palms, fold your palms in front of your nose and inhale for 30 seconds. You can also add these oils to the diffuser.
10.Digestive or stomach problems
Ginger, fennel and a mixture for digestion. Apply 2 drops of any of these oils to the stomach area with massage movements.
11.Bloating.
Apply 1 drop of lavender and ginger essential oils to the stomach area with massage movements.

14.Detox bath.
Fill the tub with warm water. Add 1 cup of sea salt and 2 drops of essential oils of juniper berries and rosemary. Take a bath for 20 minutes.
15.A remedy for insomnia.
Add 2 drops of chamomile, ylang-ylang and lavender essential oils to the diffuser before going to bed. You can also apply a pre-prepared mixture of these oils with massage movements on the feet (1 drop on each leg).
16.Help with seasonal respiratory problems.
Make a mixture of equal parts of essential oils of tea tree, lavender and lemon and apply massage movements on the feet every day. Mint can also be used instead of tea tree.
17.Scratches and cuts.
Apply 1 drop of lavender and tea tree essential oils to the damaged areas.
