Green smoothie
Ingredients:
Spinach 3.53
Celery 1 stalk
Green apple 1 piece
Avocado 1 piece
Cucumber 1 piece
Micro-green basil 1 tablespoon
Instruction:
Cut the celery and peeled cucumber into pieces, peel the avocado and cut into cubes.
Rinse the spinach, basil micro-greens, and remove excess moisture with a paper towel.
Peel the apple, remove the seeds and the core, and cut into pieces.
In a blender, mix all the ingredients for a minute, adding a little water.
Pour the resulting mixture into glasses, decorating them with a slice of apple before serving.
