Recommendations for improving the condition of the facial skin. School of natural cosmetics. Lesson 18
Spring is a very special time of the year for our skin
The skin really reflects what is happening inside our body. And what is put inside will necessarily be reflected outside, on our skin. That's why one of the amazing effects of a healthy diet is a beautiful skin that has an inner light. Many are very surprised by the disappearance of the usual skin problems when they just change their eating habits. And it's not just a matter of feeling good, you will look much better externally.
It is important to determine your skin type:
Dry skin, with a tendency to roughness, cool to the touch and often thin. People with this type of skin are most likely to suffer from excessive dryness, peeling, and even eczema during periods of stress. Such skin loses its tone early, signs of early aging appear. The main concern of the owners of such skin is its hydration.
Sensitive skin is usually soft, warm, medium thickness, light. Such skin is characterized by freckles, age spots. The skin reacts sharply to the sun and external stimuli. When an imbalance occurs, the skin is prone to rashes, irritations, acne. The main feature of such skin care is its cooling and nutrition.
Thick and oily skin. The main advantage of such skin is late aging due to the high content of collagen. With age, such skin becomes thinner. With an imbalance, the pores of such skin expand greatly, acne and rash appear.
Three areas of our life according to which it is possible to correct any imbalances that are crucial for the quality of the skin:
#1.Diet
Food and water form the basis of nutrition for the skin. The amount of consumption is also important. To keep the skin young for as long as possible, eat more food containing vegetable fibers (raw vegetables and fruits), consume healthy fats (linseed oil, nuts), drink enough water daily.
The best products:
Dry skin: avoid dried fruits, apples, melons, potatoes, tomatoes, eggplants and peas. Eat avocados, sweet fruits, cherries and oranges.
Sensitive skin: avoid tomatoes, garlic, sour cream, bananas, peanuts and spicy foods. Eat green salads, sunflower seeds, mangoes, pears, plums and mushrooms.
Thick and oily skin: avoid coconut, dates, pineapples and dairy products. Eat dried fruits, pomegranate, cranberries and basmati rice.
#2. Lifestyle and exercise
Lifestyle, habits and exercise have a huge impact on the health and vitality of your skin. We recommend waking up at the same time to have breakfast before 8 am, lunch before noon and dinner before sunset. Active activity and exercise are useful for all types of skin, including for eliminating toxins that cause skin diseases.
#3. Skin care
Dry skin: This type of skin dries out quickly and is particularly vulnerable to changes in the weather. Dry skin should be protected from heat and cold. Avoid hot water baths and showers (they can dry the skin), be sure to use PH-balanced soaps and drink plenty of water to fill the skin cells from the inside.
You can also steam the skin with mint leaves and water to open the pores. Try gently massaging your skin with aloe vera for extra moisture. Antioxidant-rich avocados are also great for skin cotton wool as they are full of fatty acids and vitamins. Sesame, almond, apricot and mustard oils are most preferred for cotton wool. Gentle oil massage, full rest and sleep, warm clothes for walking, a minimum of stress - all this will help the owners of this type to prolong beauty and youth.
Sensitive: this skin is very susceptible to rashes, so it needs to be treated carefully. Cleansing with rose water, peeling with sugar scrub and moisturizing with coconut oil are very good natural options. Sandalwood and rose oil will also help you. It is recommended to make masks from melon, pear, coconut and mango. Owners of this type of skin are not recommended to take sun baths and hot steam baths. Yoga, meditation and outdoor recreation are the main companions of healthy skin.
Thick and oily skin: the main principle for the care of this type of skin is cleansing. Peeling with sea salt and honey scrub is a good option, turmeric can be added there. If you have a skin type, then eat more green vegetables, spices and ginger. Dry massage, steam baths and increased physical activity are recommended.
Many people don't realize how closely this is connected. Instead, they believe that a good makeup or an expensive moisturizer will help the best. But it's really so important to take care of your digestion as the root of your health. Beautiful skin is the result of such care.
