If they enter the body, the reaction continues inside, which gradually affects the health and loss of vital energy – because most of it is spent on fighting toxins.
Always aim to eat foods that are least susceptible to heat treatment. The more natural and simple the food, the more energy it contains.

- Do not give in to doubts. Doubt is an energy eater. If this doubt is at the level of intuition, barely flickering, but going deep inside, it is better to act in favor of this doubt. If the doubt takes the form of the above-described thoughts of parasites, follow the algorithm of the previous paragraph.
- Don't be impressed by other people's stories, thus giving your energy to other people's projects. It is better to engage in the plot of your life, bring something new and unforgettable to it.
